To the best of the Goldstream Valley Lions' ability, and for the future
of the viability of the Center, the club has approved the lowest fees possible
to make the Center available to as many non-profit and community volunteer,
service, civic, and youth groups as possible.
Non-profit/Charitable Functions:
Receptions/Parties/Business Functions:
The definition of non-profit/charitable functions is those events sponsored by a non-profit group or
individual that raise money to benefit a charitable cause or which directly benefit the charitable mission
of the group of individual.
As of May, 2009 the Goldstream Valley Lions Club can no longer extend the lower
non-profit rental rate to non-profit organizations using the Kunkel Center for parties or receptions unless
those events are benefiting a charitalbe cause or are providing an valuable service to the community at no
charge to the public.
