Policy on the consumption of alcohol in the Ken Kunkel Community Center and the Lions Park and Picnic Area: |

Renters and users of the Ken Kunkel Community, or the adjacent community picnic area and playground, must assume all liability for any accidents
or mishaps that may occur at any location as the result of the consmption of alcohol on the property of the Goldstream Valley Lions Club.
The Goldstream Valley Lions Club cannot be held responsible for any alcohol related problems that may occur as a result of alcohol consumption
by users, renters, or their guests. In particular, renters and users of the Ken Kunkel Community Center who wish to provide alcohol to their
guests on the property of the Goldstream Valley Lions Club are agreeing to bear all responsibility for any accidents and mishaps that may occurr.
In addition, renters and users of the facility must also assume responsibility for any accidents or mishaps that result from the
consumption of alcohol that is brought onto the property by their individual guests.
Alcohol may not be sold at the Ken Kunkel Community Center or on Goldstream Valley Lions Club property unless the renter or user of the facility has obtained the proper authorization and licenses from state and local authorities. It is the reponsibilty of the user or renter to deterime what licences are required and to obtain the proper legal authorization. |
